They even had my phone number wrong at the beginning. Each time I called, the person who was in charge of registration was either not there or very short on me. The most rediculous part is that I have had the car for more than 30 days but still have not got my registration by paying them another extra $250 to do the paper work, which was required by them too. Not sure how hard it would be for me to do that. I am going to cancel the warranty with the dealership. When I came home and read the contract carefully, I found that it would have $100 deductible each time I have a repair. Then they pursuaded me to buy a 10 year warranty saying everything would be covered without having to pay anything out of pocket. Who knows how much kick off they get from the bank? I paid off the loan a few days after the purchase. They found me a bank charging $700 finance fee with an interest rate 6.54%. Then they said financing was required to purchase the car at that price. After a few rounds of negotiation, they dropped all the extra fees, but still added $700 as processing fees. However, when I went there, they added extra $6000 as some so-called delivery fees and such. Their original post at edmunds had a great price of the car.
